Adobe recently released a command-line tool called ASDoc. This tool will parse your ActionScript 3.0 code and create documentation based on your public methods and properties. You can also use JavaDoc-style comments to customize this documentation. If you’re already this style of commenting in your ActionScript code, then this tool should fit perfectly into your workflow. The documentation output looks like the Flex 2 documentation. This is nice for working in large teams or with clients that demand current and accurate API documentation. You can download this tool from Adobe Labs.
